Yesterday was quite horrible. Many customers pissed me off man!! irritating..
First was the damn sandwich-maker. It's spoilt. Once I close it, I can't open and the bread got stuck onto the sandwich-maker. It's damn disgusting. That cost a wastage of 2 slices of bread. I had to clean that damn sandwich-maker too. I was running full house at that time.
Then table 5 came to my counter and told me,
"Close table 5!!"
So I close and charged him. Since I'm running full house, I called the next person come. When the person is here. The table 5 guy bloody told me that,
"My friend want to leave. So off, then I continue.."
what the hell..Say "Punch" la..or say "off and continue" or "punch and continue". First time play pool isit? Irritating lo.
So I asked the lady go to table 2. And I left with only 1 table available and I already called 2 person to come. Because initially I had 3 empty tables, all close at the same time. So I obviously called 3 more people to call. I want to clear my waiting list book asap.
So the next person came, I gave him table 15. And when the next next person came, I was so paiseh to tell him that I don't have another more tables. SHIT LO. I had to explain to him for some arsehole's mistake of telling me the wrong thing. damn it lo..
Next was the entrance door. I don't know what is wrong with the customers. You want to go out to smoke, please open the door, go out and RMB to close the door!!. The door is so far away from me. I had to go and close the door several times and I was running full house. Don't these people know what is consideration?? I guess they don't since they smoke. They already have no consideration to people who don't smoke. But such a simple thing like closing the door they also can't do it. Don't they know that Pool fusion is an air-conditioned place. You want all the smoke come HUH?? What is the world turning too man??..
Just imagine opening your house door and not closing it when you go out. Will they do this to their own home?? I really wonder.
Next is an irresponsible arsehole. He called Pool fusion 1 and made a reservation at 9.30pm for 2 tables. I had to hold 2 tables for him at around 9.25pm. When it's 9.30pm, I called and ask whether he still wants the table.
He told me,
"I think we had some misunderstanding, I am at Pool fusion 2 now!!"
WHAT THE HELL LA!! You are at Pool fusion 2 and you don't f**king need the table at Fusion 1. You should just call and TELL ME la!! It's just a call and he can't do it. I'm at fusion 1 thinking of ways to get tables for him, worried that I can't get tables and he is at fusion 2 playing happily. what the hell..Irresponsible arsehole. I really hate irresponsible people. These people don't deserve any respect from me. They should just EAT SHIT AND DIE LA!! even if it's misunderstanding, just call and let me know what you don't need the table. GRRRR...
I'm getting pissed with customers lately. Is it because I've not enough sleep recently. Or is it the society is getting worse?? I'm really wondering...
